$170,000 - $180,000 a year

Operations

• Oversee Daily Operations for Online store
• Monitor and order inventory for Online store
• Ensure POS for Online storeis current with customer data and inventory.
• Work with Managing Director as key point of contact for Online store

Strategic Business Development

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, management, staff, and the community.
• Help navigate client escalations and resolution.
• Help coordinate, organize, and participate in company and community events that evangelize the Schumacher Brand.
• Monitor progress towards monthly sales goals and team objectives— tracking Sales Funnel metrics and KPIs.

YOU HAVE/ARE*:

• Track record of highly successful Sales performance.
• Knowledgeable and/or enthusiastic about the luxury interior and bathroom product design industry.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and excellent at managing your time.
• Efficient and work with a sense of urgency.
• Adept at identifying growth opportunities including high potential customers & new accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative teammate.
